Founder, Doctor of Physical Therapy

Carson recently received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Pacific University in Oregon. Prior to completing his doctorate, he received an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise science from BSU. GO BIG BLUE! He grew up in Lake Tahoe where he grew to love the outdoors, skiing, and hiking. In his spare time he enjoys getting outside with his dog, watching Celtics basketball, and exercising.

Founder, Doctor of Physical Therapy, Strength and Conditioning Specialist

Dr. Devon Hoffman was born in Coeur d Alene Idaho. He attended Boise State University where he played Men's Soccer, and completed his Bachelors of Health Science. He completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Idaho State University, and has since been enjoying treating orthopedic, post-surgical, sports, concussion, and TMJ injuries. Devon is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA since 2021, as well as an Online Training Specialist since 2022. His hobbies include adult league soccer, exercise, golfing at Shadow Valley, going hiking/biking, and posting physical therapy tips on social media.

Physical Therapist, Manual Therapist

Breda has been a physical therapist since 1979. She has practiced outpatient orthopedics in the United States, Canada and even Ireland. In 1990 she started working at St. Luke's as the outpatient Physical Therapy Supervisor. In 1997, Breda opened Hands-On Physical Therapy. Breda graduated from the School of Physiotherapy at the University of Dublin, Ireland in 1979. Breda has a passion for manual therapy and passes that on to her team-mates though in-services frequently!

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Jarrod was born and raised in Billings MT before moving to Boise in 2015 where he graduated from Boise State University with a degree in Health Science Studies. He went on to receive his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Idaho State University and has been practicing since August of 2022. Jarrod enjoys treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions. When he isn't in the clinic, Jarrod enjoys playing hockey and golf as well as taking walks with his fiancé, Michelle, and his dog, Charlie.

Physical Therapy Assistant

Jessica Cabral grew up in Nebraska and came to Boise in 2009 on a Vocal Performance Scholarship to Boise State University, where she attended for Health Science. She then completed her Physical Therapist Assistant program at Carrington College of Boise graduating with a degree in Health Science and Physical Therapy in 2013, and has been professionally practicing PT throughout the Treasure Valley ever since. Jessica has acquired 150+ hours of Continued Education focused on Manual Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation, Pilates, Yoga, and Group Fitness. Her hobbies include running and cycling the Boise green belt, hiking, creating workout routines, singing, and spending time with her husband and two pups!
